【摘要】 目的 研究亚硒酸钠溶液对SGC-7901细胞的影响。方法 运用细胞培养法、集落形成试验及分裂指数试验探讨亚硒酸钠对SGC-7901细胞的抑制作用。结果 亚硒酸钠溶液对SGC-7901细胞的生长曲线、集落形成、分裂指数有明显的影响,亚硒酸钠对生长曲线、集落形成及分裂指数的抑制作用与其浓度和时间呈正相关。结论亚硒酸钠溶液对SGC-7901细胞的生长有抑制作用,其抑制作用与其浓度和时间呈正相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of sodium selenite on grovvth of SGC-7901 celis in vitro. Methods Grovvth curve, colony-forming test and mitotic index were used to study the effect of sodium selenite. Results Result of grovvth curve, colony-forming test and mitotic index show sodium selenite exert inhibitory effect markedly on SGC-7901 cell and the effect becomes stronger as the concentration increases. Conclusion Sodium selenite can inhibit the grovvth of SGC-7901 cell.更多还原
