胃黏膜细胞DNA倍体分析及细胞膜Fas表达研究进展

【摘要】 Fas是主要存在于细胞膜上的一种能诱导细胞凋亡的糖蛋白.而DNA倍体分析可反映细胞增殖状态.检测DNA倍体和Fas抗原有望在胃癌的早期诊断、治疗、预后、监测、复发等方面发挥重要作用.

【Abstract】 Fas is a type of protein in cell membrane that can induce apotosis. DNA ploidy analysis may indicate the state of cell proliferation. Detecting DNA ploidy and fas antigen can play the important role in the early diagnosis, treatment, prognosis, recurrence of gastric cancer.
