【摘要】 目的　评价皿治林 (咪唑斯汀 )治疗急性荨麻疹的起效时间及其安全性 .方法　对门诊符合入选标准的 4 0例患者给予皿治林 10mg ,1次 /d口服治疗 ,分别在用药后 1,2h时进行疗效及副作用评价 .结果　在用药后第 1小时有效率为 4 0 % ,第 2小时有效率为 77.5 % ,无副作用 .结论　皿治林治疗急性荨麻疹起效快 ,疗效高 ,无明显副作用 ,是一个理想的抗组胺药更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and reliability on acute urticaria of Mizolastine.Methods 40 cases coincide with norm in out patient clinic. Every case is given Mizolastine 10?mg, and is observed the effect and ill effect at the end of 1st hour and 2nd hour after taking medicine.Results The utility rate is 40% at the end of 1st hour, and 77.5% at 2nd hour, and no side effect.Conclusion Mizolastine starts effect swift, and has obvious effect on acute urticaria. It has not obvious side effect. It is an ideal anti instamine.更多还原
