尿素包合和超临界CO2萃取相结合分离豆油脱臭馏出物中α-VE的试验研究
Extracting α-VE from Deodorization Sludge of Soybean Oil by Urea Inclusion and Supercritical CO2 Extraction
【摘要】 以豆油脱臭馏出物为原料 ,利用尿素包合法进行预浓缩 ,然后采用超临界CO2 萃取技术提取其α-VE,探讨了尿素包合工艺参数和超临界CO2 萃取温度、萃取压力和CO2 流量对α -VE 浓度和回收率的影响。研究结果表明 ,尿素包合可以使得α -VE 的浓度从原料中 0 .74 %提高到 1.6 2 %;同时兼顾α -VE 的浓度和回收率 ,适宜的超临界CO2 萃取压力为 13MPa、萃取温度为 35℃~ 4 0℃、CO2 为流量 4~ 6L/min。
【Abstract】 Taking deodorization sludge of soybean oil as the raw material,urea inclusion was used to per-concentrate,then supercritical CO2 extraction was used to concentrate α-vitamin E.The urea inclusion parameters and the effects of supercritical CO2 extraction temperature,pressure and CO2 flow volume on concentration and recovery ratio were studied.The urea inclusion increased concentration of α-vitamin E from 0.748% in the raw material to 1.62%.Taking account to both the extraction concentration and recovery ratio,feasible supercritical CO2 extraction pressure was 13MPa,temperature 35~40℃,and CO2 flow 4~6L/min.
