大麦叶提取物清除O2·-和·OH的动态研究
Scavenging Capacity of Barley Leaves on Superoxide Free Radical and Hydroxyl Free Radical
【摘要】 本文用氮蓝四唑 (NBT)光化还原法和抗坏血酸 -Cu2 + -H2 O2 体系法 ,对从大麦麦叶中提取的有效活性物质 ,主要是黄酮类化合物清除超氧离子自由基O2 ·- 和羟自由基·OH的效果进行测定。结果表明 ,这类化合物有较强的清除作用。其中 98- 12这一品种的清除率略高于其它三个品种。生长 5~ 10天的麦叶清除效果最好。当黄酮浓度达到 12 μg/mL左右时 ,对O2 ·- 的最大清除率达 95 .5 6 % ,对·OH的最大清除率达94 .12 % ,其清除作用都比竹叶提取物强。
【Abstract】 The scavenging superoxide free radical capacity of extracts from barley leaves are studied by nitro blue tetrazolium (NBT) photo-reduction.The results show that these flavonoids extracts has strong scavening effect on superoxide free radical. The scavenging effect is relative with the flavonoid content.Among four barley varieties, the clearance rate of variety 98-12 is higher than the other three. Scavenging for 5-10 days is optimum, when the concentration of flavonoid extractted is 12μg/ml with scavenging rate of 95.56% and 94.12%.The scavenging capacity of barley leaves is stronger than bamboo leaves.
