【摘要】 目的 :探讨吡柔比星膀胱灌注对浅表性膀胱肿瘤术后复发的预防效果和毒副作用。方法 :选择浅表性膀胱肿瘤患者 ,在行经尿道电切或行膀胱部分切除术后定期经导尿管给予膀胱内灌注吡柔比星 30 mg/ 4 0 m L ,每周 1次 ,每次膀胱内保留 30 m in～ 4 0 m in,共 8次。术后 3月进行 1次膀胱镜检 ,如无复发 ,则进行第 2个疗程的吡柔比星膀胱内灌注 ,方法同第 1个疗程。如发现复发 ,立即安排进行手术。结果 :4 6例共完成 90个疗程的预防灌注。随访 4月～ 2 7月 ,平均 12 .1月。共有 5例复发。 18例患者有尿频、尿急和膀胱区疼痛不适 ,程度较重者 6例 ,但均可耐受继续灌注。结论 :吡柔比星膀胱内灌注预防肿瘤术后复发具有较显著的疗效。吡柔比星的副作用主要表现在局部反应 ,未发现全身性毒性反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effectiveness and side effects of prevention of tumor recurrence by instilling THP intravesically after operation of superficial bladder carcinoma.Methods:patients with superficial bladder carcinoma were instilled intravesically with 30 mg THP in 40 ml normal saline and kept 30 to 40 minutes in the bladder,which begins one week after operation and totally 8 weeks.Cystoscopy was carried out at 3 months after operation,if no tumor recurrence occurred,another instilling course was performed as before.If there was any tumor recnrrence,operation was arranged immediately.Results:46 patients received 90 instilling courses totally.All patients had been followed up for 4～27 months,5 cases had recurrence,and bladder stimulating symptoms occurred in 18 case.Conclusion:Instilling THP intravesically was an effective measure for prevention of recurrence of superficial bladder tumor after operation,and the main side effect was bladder symptoms.更多还原
