增生细胞核抗原与良性脑膜瘤复发

【摘要】 目的 :探索增生细胞核抗原 PCNA与良性脑膜瘤复发的关系。方法 :使用 S- P免疫组化的方法检测脑膜瘤复发组与对照组 PCNA的表达。结果 :复发组第 1次手术切除标本的 PCNA L I为 (14 .0 3± 12 .72 ) % ,对照组为 (0 .82± 0 .6 5 ) % (P<0 .0 1)。复发组 PCNA L I均 >2 .0 % ,对照组 PC-NA L I均 <2 .0 %。复发组同一患者前后两次手术切除标本的 PCNA L I无显著性差异。复发组与对照组间年龄、性别均无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :PCNA L I对判断全切除的良性脑膜瘤复发有较高的预测价值。当脑膜瘤的 PCNA L I>2 .0 %时 ,提示有复发风险。患者的年龄、性别、组织学类型与肿瘤复发无关。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the relation between PCNA and recurrence of benign meningioma.Methods: Proliferative Cell Nuclear Antigen (PCNA) labelling indices were obtained by S P immunohistochemistry with the patients of the recurrent benign meningiomas and the non recurrent ones . Results: PCNA LIs of the first surgical specimens of the recurrent group were (14.03±12.72) % , while the LIs of the non recurrent group were (0.82±0.65) % , ( P <0.01) . All the CPNA LIs of the recurrent group was more than 2.0 % , while the non recurrent group was less than 2.0 %.There was no significant difference between the mean PCNA LIS of the first surgical specimens and of the second surgical specimens of the same patient in the recurrent group.There was no significant difference between age or sex of the non recurrent group and the recurrent one in the first operation.Conclusion:We think that the PCNA labelling index is a valuable marker for predicting the recurrence of histologically benign meningioma.The benign meningioma would be recurrent if the PCCA LI is more than 2.0 %.Neither age nor sex is correlated with the recurrence of benign meningioma.
