促晶器流量对气体水合物蓄冷过程影响的实验研究
Experimental study for the influences of mass flow rate of crystallizer on the gas hydrate cool storage process
【摘要】 对R14 1b水合物在不同促晶器流量下的结晶生成过程进行了实验研究。通过数据分析 ,给出了蓄冷介质冷却速率、水合物生成过冷度、水合物生成速度、蓄冷量和促晶器流量之间的依变关系。促晶器流量在 15 0L h到 4 5 0L h范围内 ,装置蓄冷效果好 ,当促晶器流量处于这个范围时 ,蓄冷介质冷却速率处于 0 .0 5 5℃ min到 0 .10 5℃ min之间 ,水合物生成过冷度处于 1.97℃到 3.5 0℃之间 ,水合物生成速度处于 0 .30g s到 0 .4g s之间 ,蓄冷量处于 2 .9MJ到4 .0MJ之间。
【Abstract】 The crystallization process of gas hydrate HCFC141b is studied experimentally in this paper.The influences of the mass flow rate of the crystallizer on the crystallization process are analyzed.The relations among the cooling rate of cool storage medium, the degree of subcooling of crystallization, formation rate of gas hydrate, the cold energy stored as well as the mass flow rate of the crystallizer are provided. The cool storage effect of system is better when the mass flow rate of the crystallizer is between 150L/h and 450L/h, the corresponding cooling rate of cool storage medium is between 0.055℃/min and 0.105℃/min, the degree of subcooling of crystallization is between 1.97℃ and 3.50℃, the formation rate of gas hydrate is between 0.30g/s and 0.4g/s, and the cold energy stored is between 2.9MJ and 4.0MJ.
