超声雾化吸入对儿童大叶肺炎的辅助治疗作用

【摘要】 目的 :探讨超声雾化吸入对儿童大叶肺炎的辅助治疗效果和机理。方法 :大叶肺炎患儿 68例 ,分为 2组各 3 4例 ,均给予对症处理和抗生素治疗 ,实验组患儿同时每天给予超声雾化吸入治疗 3次。结果 :实验组患儿肺水肿、缺氧等症状消失时间和平均治愈时间均明显短于对照组 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :超声雾化吸入治疗不但可以有效改善肺水肿和微循环障碍所引起的药物吸收障碍 ,而且患部可以直接接受抗生素治疗 ,防止输液血药浓度降低后致病菌再度繁殖 ,具有良好的辅助治疗作用

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the supplementary e ffects and mechanism of ultrasonic atomizing inhalation in the treatment of chil d lobar pneumonia Methods: The control group and the experimental group were subjected to symptom and antibiotic treatment, while the experimental group undergone ultrasonic atom izing inhalation treatment 3 times every day at the same time. The treatment eff ects of two groups were observed and compared. Results: Vanished time of pulmonary edema and anoxia hypoxia and average cure t ime in the experimental group were significantly shorter than in the control gro up (P<0.01). Conclusion: Ultrasonic atomizing inhalation treatment has a good supplementary action becaus e it not only can effectively remedy pulmonary edema and the medicine absorbing hinder caused by micro-circulation disturbance, but also treat directly the dis eased position in lung with antibiotic so as to prevent the germs from reproduct ion along with the reduction of the injected-medicine density in the blood.
