【摘要】 目的 :分析躯干部皮瓣移植修复肢体软组织缺损的手术适应症及与此手术相关的康复措施 ,提高皮瓣移植手术效果。方法 :对 12例肢体软组织缺损伴骨骼、肌腱裸露患者 ,实施躯干部皮瓣移植手术 ,并于术前、术中、术后 3个不同阶段进行系统化功能康复治疗。结果 :12例患者移植 (肌 )皮瓣完全成活 11例 ,远端皮肤部分坏死 1例 ,经植皮后创面愈合。患者肢体功能得到了不同程度的恢复。结论 :躯干部皮瓣转移或移植可较好地修复肢体受区缺损面积过大或肢体皮瓣供区损伤时的深部组织裸露手术 ;重视全程功能康复治疗可明显提高躯干部皮瓣移植手术效果更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the operative indications for flap graft from trunk to repair extrem ities soft-tissue defects and the correlative rehabilitative treatments. Method : Twelve cases of extremities soft-tissue defects, accompanied with exposed bon es and tendons underwent operations of trunk-flap graft. The systematic functio nal rehabilitation treatments at different stages before, during and after opera tion were performed. Results: eleven cases of transplanted flaps completely surv ived and apo-tip skin part necrosis occurred in one case. The trauma healed aft er skin grafting. Functions of all the injured extremities recovered at differen t degrees. Conclusion: To transfer or remove truck skin flap can better repair the extremit y defects of over-large area. Thinking highly of the whole functional rehabilit ation treatments can obviously improve the effectiveness of the trunk flap graft surgery.更多还原
