【摘要】 目的 :观察低能量He Ne激光血管内照射 (ILIB)联用银杏叶制剂 EGB76 1(金钠多 )治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法 :激光组 4 2例采用ILIB及金钠多静脉滴注 ;对照组 4 6例只给予金钠多静脉滴注 ,治疗 14d后分别观察 2组患者智力量表 (HDS) ,日常生活活动能力 (ADL)评分及神经功能缺损积分。结果 :激光组与对照组比较 ,HDS及ADL评分显著提高 ,神经功能缺损积分显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :ILIB联合金钠多治疗脑梗死疗效优于单一药物治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To Observe the clinical effect intravascular low level He-Ne laser irradiation (ILIB) in combination with EGB761 in the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods: Eighty-eight patients suffering from cerebral infarction were divided into two groups. The treatment group (42 cases) received EGB761 injection in combined with ILIB; the control group (46 cases) only received EGB761 injection. After a treatment period of 2 weeks, Hamilton depression scale (HDS), activities of daily living score (ADL) and neurologic impairment integra were evaluated. Results In the treatment group, HDS scores were significantly increased, ADL score obviously improved, and neurologic impairment integral marks depressed as compared with those in the control group (all P<0.05). Conclusion:EGB761 in combination with ILIB has more satisfactory effects in the treatment of cerebral infarction than EGB761 treatment alone.更多还原
