【摘要】 目的 :探讨如何规范化应用A型肉毒毒素 (BTX A)局部注射治疗面肌痉挛、各型头颈部的肌张力障碍 ,以提高其临床疗效和安全性。方法 :在肌电图监测下对 5 9例肌痉挛性疾病患者采用BTX A局部多点注射痉挛肌肉 ,并治疗前后对照。结果 :面肌痉挛 36例 ,睑痉挛 13例 ,Meige综合征 (睑痉挛 口下颌肌张力不全综合征 ) 3例 ,痉挛性斜颈 7例 ,治疗 3～ 5d起效 ,肌痉挛症状缓解时间平均 3～ 4个月。总有效率 93 2 %。结论 :该疗法安全、有效 ,副作用轻微且可逆 ,可作为面肌痉挛及各型头颈部肌张力障碍的首选治疗 ,但一定要规范化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of botulinum toxin type A (BTX A) by local injection in treating hemifacial spasm and cranial cervical dystonia. Methods:The involved spasm muscles were locally injected with BTX A and the doses were adjusted. The efficacy and side effects were compared before and after injection. Results:36 cases of hemifacial spasm , 13 cases of blephrospasm, 3 cases of oramandibular spasm and 7 cases of spasmodic torticollis were treated with BTX A. The initial effects were obtained 3 to 5 days after treatment. The remission time of myospasm symptoms and signs was averagely 3 to 4 months. The total effective rate was up to 93.2 % . Conclusion:Local injection of BTX A is a simple, effective and safe therapy for hemifacial spasm and cranial cervical dystonia. Side effects were mild and reversible.更多还原
