【摘要】 目的 :观察高压氧 (HBO)综合疗法对持续植物状态 (PVS)患者的疗效。方法 :将 6 4例PVS患者随机分为高压氧 (HBO)组和对照组各 32例 ,前者接受常规药物治疗和高压氧治疗 ,后者仅接受常规药物治疗。治疗 4个月后进行疗效评定。结果 :HBO组意识恢复明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,且介入HBO治疗越早 ,PVS疗效越好。结论 :高压氧综合疗法是治疗PVS的一种重要手段 ,并且应尽早实施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the curative effectiveness of combined treatment with hyperbaric oxygenation (HBO) for persistent vegetative state (PVS). Methods:64 cases of PVS were randomly divided into HBO group and control group equally. The curative effectiveness was assessed after treatment for 4 months. Results:The curative effectiveness in the HBO group was more satisfactory than in the control group (P<0.05). The earlier intervention HBO was, the better the curative effectiveness of PVS. Conclusion:HBO is an important therapy for PVS and should be implemented as early as possible.更多还原
