【摘要】 目的　探讨经腹切开食管裂孔手术入路治疗高龄贲门癌的方法。方法　 1995年 1月～ 2 0 0 1年12月共施行高龄贲门癌 5 2例 ,其中行食管胃吻合 4 3例 ,食管空肠吻合 9例。结果　全组病例均获得手术切除 ,无手术死亡 ,无吻合瘘 ,术后并发症发生率 2 5 %。结论　对于高龄贲门癌 ,尤其不宜开胸患者治疗是一种较理想的术式 ,能提高患者的生存率和生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the surgical operation through esophageal hiatus in older patients with cardia carcinoma.Methods 52 cases of older patients with cardia carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively from January 1995 to December 2001. 43 cases of all were treated with esophagogastrostomy and 9 cases with esophagojejunostomy.Results All cardia carcinomas were resected. There are no death and stoma fistula. The incidence of other complications was 25% after surgical operations.Conclusion The surgical procedure through esophageal hiatus was a good way for older patients with cardia carcinoma, especially for older patients who could not be tolerable operation through thoracic cavity. The procedure increased the survival rate and improved survival quality of patients with cardia carcinoma.更多还原
