【摘要】 目的　观察人抑癌因子直接瘤内注射对小鼠实体瘤生长的影响。方法　小鼠右腋皮下分别接种S180 和肝癌细胞 ,成瘤后 ,让小鼠带瘤生长半月 ,再于瘤内注射抑癌因子 ,并设注射生理盐水为对照组 ,观察小鼠的肿瘤生长、瘤体变化及生存情况。结果　抑癌因子能强烈地抑制小鼠肿瘤的生长 ,使肿瘤体积明显缩小 ,实验组与对照组比较 ,差异非常显著 (P <0 .0 1 )。实验组小鼠的寿命显著延长 ,S180 和肝癌小鼠的寿命延长率分别为 1 6 3%和 1 4 8%。结论　抑癌因子可能通过某种机制启动细胞凋亡信号传递系统 ,诱导并加速癌细胞的凋亡 ,在肿瘤的生物治疗中具有良好的应用前景更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of cancer suppressive factors on solid tumor growth in mice.Methods Sarcoma 180 and hapatoma cells were injected respectively into mice subcutaneously. After the growth of tumor for 12 days in mice, cancer suppressive factors were injected into the tumor. Observations were made on the growth, the changes and the living condition of the tumor. And the control groups were made by the injection of NS.Results Growth of tumor in mice was greatly inhibited by cancer suppressive factors with tumor volume obviously reduced. The comparision between experimental groups and control groups is ( P < 0.01 ), showing significant difference. The life of mice in experimental groups is remarkably prolonged. Lives prolongate rates of S 180 and hepatoma mice are respectively 163% and 148%. Conclusion Cancer suppressive factors may induce and speed up apototic of cancer through certain mechanisms, and will have a very promising prospect in biotreatment of cancer.更多还原
