【摘要】 目的　分析 p5 3、CD4 4v6与食管鳞癌的预后关系。 方法　用免疫组化法测定原发食管鳞癌 p5 3癌基因、CD4 4v6的表达。结果　p5 3的阳性表达为 4 7.8% ,与肿瘤的分化程度、浸润深度呈显著相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,与淋巴结有无癌转移及肿瘤大小未见显著相关 (P >0 .0 5 )。CD4 4v6阳性表达为 79.9% ,分化程度高的阳性表达大于分化程度低的 ,侵及外膜、淋巴结有癌转移的表达大于无外膜受侵和无淋巴转移 ,但未见显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　p5 3阳性表达预示食管鳞癌分化程度低 ,有较强的侵袭能力。CD4 4v6作为对食管癌的浸润转移和预后标记物并不十分理想。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The correlation between the expression of p53,CD44v6 and prognosis of esophageal squamous cell cancer(ESCC)was analyzed.Methods The expression of p53 and CD44v6 was detected by immunohistochemistry,in addition,several clinicpathological feature was analysed.Results p53 expression was found in 47.8% tumors and was associated with the degree of differentiation as well as the depth of invasion ( P <0.05,respectively),but no correlation between expression of p53 and lymph node metastasis,and the size of tumor was found.In the other hand,79.9% tumors showed CD44v6 doesn’t expression.The positive rate of those with good differentiation,invaded deeply into serosa and lymph node metastasis was higher than the contrast,but there was no significant difference( P >0.05).Conclusion These results suggests that p53 is an useful indicative factor of the low differentiation and deep invasion of ESCC,but CD44v6 doesn’t play a so confirmation role in the invasion metastasis and prognosis of ESCC.更多还原
