【摘要】 目的　通过检测胃癌组织及其相应正常组织中端粒酶活性 ,探讨其在胃癌发生发展中的作用。方法　采用PCR TRAP法检测 6 0例胃癌 ,39例正常组织的端粒酶活性。结果　胃癌组织中端粒酶阳性率为 86 .7% ,而正常组织为 10 .3% ,胃癌组织端粒酶活性显著高于正常组织 (P <0 .0 1) ;胃癌组织不同分化程度、TNM各期以及淋巴转移之间端粒酶活性阳性率未发现显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　端粒酶参与各型、各期及不同分化程度胃癌的发生 ;其在胃癌组织中高表达、而在正常组织中低表达或不表达使其成为一种较为理想的胃癌诊断标志物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect telomerase activity in gastric cancer and adjacent normal tissues,and to study the role of telomerase activity in pathogenesis and progression of gastric cancer.Methods Telomerase activity levels were measured in 60 cases of gastric cancer and 39 cases of adjacent normal tissues by a modified telomeric repeat amplification protocol(TRAP).Relation of telomerase activity and clinical pathological feature were analysised.Results Telomerase activity was present in 86.7%gastric cancer but only 10.3% of normal specimens ( P <0.01). No significance between differention degree?stage and lymph node metastasesand telomerase activity level was found. Conclusion Telomerase activity is a universal event in different TNM stage?differentiation of gatric cancer; Telomerase present high expression in gastric cancer and lower expression in adjacent normal tissue. It suggests that telomerase may be an useful diagnostic marker in gastric cancer.更多还原
