真空干燥过程绝缘材料微量水分在线检测实验研究
Experiments and research in the trace moisture on-line measurement of insulating material during vacuum drying process
【摘要】 介绍了一种在线测量电工绝缘材料真空干燥过程中微量水分的方法 ,给出了真空干燥系统和以新型氧化铝 (Al2 O3)湿敏电阻传感器为核心的在线测试系统的结构 ,对不同温度、真空度下的真空干燥过程的微量水分进行了在线检测 ,着重用数学方法处理了实验数据 ,探讨了真空干燥过程微量水分的变化规律
【Abstract】 The method of measuring trace moisture of insulating material in the process of the vacuum drying is discussed. The structure, principle of the monitoring system, which is composed of the new type Al2O3 sensor and AT89C51 micro-computer is introduced. The real results are given and they are proved to be reliable.
