【Abstract】 It is introduced here to design intelligently DL8 vacuum ionization gauge using MCU. In the design, the change and the controll of multiple electrical parameters are fulfilled with MCU, the emittance current stable is put into effect using oscillation feedback circuit, and the accurate measurement for weak signal is realized using high input impedance operational amplifer.更多还原
