光电平板显示屏电子源的研制

【摘要】 光电平板显示屏对其电子源发射均匀性的要求较高 ,而 Cs3Sb的常规工艺不能满足要求。本文报告了制备均匀性较好的 Cs3Sb电子源的基本过程和对其光电特性的测试结果。目前 ,电子源的光电流还较小 ,但Cs3Sb膜的厚度均匀。经过微通道板的电流放大以及操作工艺的改进 ,预计该电子源可以在光电平板显示屏中使用

【Abstract】 It is necessary that the electronic source of the flat display screen should behave an uniform emission, however, the conventional processes of Cs 3Sb film do not meet the requirment used in the flat display screen. The paper reports the manufacture of the uniform Cs 3Sb film and the measurement of the photoelectric emission. Now the photocurrent of the photoelectric source is still smaller, but the photoelectric source is expected to be used in the flat display screen with the aid of a micro channel plate and the improvement of the manufacture processes.
