7-氨基去乙酰氧基头孢霉烷酸结晶过程的研究(英文)
Study on the crystallization kinetics of 7-amino-3-de sacetoxycephalosporanic acid via measuring the induction period
【摘要】 7-氨基去乙酰氧基头孢霉烷酸是两性化合物 ,从等电点两侧改变溶液的 p H值都可以产生过饱和度并结晶得到晶体产品 ,本文对 7-ADCA两种方法结晶的初级成核过程进行了研究。文中首先测定了不同温度及不同 p H值时 7-ADCA在水溶液中的溶解度 ,并通过溶液化学的方法确定结晶过饱和度。分别测量了不同 p H值 7-ADCA结晶过程的诱导期及初级成核和生长速率 ,确定了固液界面张力 ,由诱导期及成核速率实验确定的固液界面张力值在 9~ 15m J/ m2范围内 ,接近于经验公式计算值。根据实验数据 ,我们对 7-ADCA结晶机理进行了分析
【Abstract】 amino desacetoxycephalosporanic acid (7 - ADCA) is an ampholyte. Crystallization of 7-ADCA can be carried out either from the acid side or the basic side by adjusting the pH of solution. In this paper, the solubility of 7-ADCA in pure water under different temperature and pH was measured. Then the induction period of the two crystallization processes was det ermined experimentally, from which primary nucleation and crystal growth kin etics was studied and the solid liquid interfacial tension was determined as wel l. The solid liquid interfacial tension determined by both induction period expe riments and nucleation rate were within the range of 9~15mJ/m 2, which was clo se to the values predicted by empirical equations derived from simplified theori es.
