【摘要】 建立了头孢泊肟酯的含量测定HPLC方法。色谱条件 :采用ODS柱 ( 4 μm ,2 5 0mm× 4 6mm ) ,0 0 2mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液 (pH3 0 )—乙腈—叔丁基甲醚 ( 76∶18∶6,V/V/V )为流动相 ,流速 :1 5ml/min ,柱温 :5 0℃ ,检测波长 :2 40nm。头孢泊肟酯与有关物质分离良好。头孢泊肟酯在 14 7～ 44 2 μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,日内RSD为 0 5 % ,含量测定结果与日抗基方法所得结果相符。更多还原

【Abstract】 An HPLC method for determination of cefpodoxime proxetil was developed. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: column: ODS (4μm, 250mm×4 6mm); mobile phase: 0 02mol/L phosphate buffer (pH 3 0)-acetonitrile- tert butyl methyl ether (76∶18∶6), flow rate: 1 5ml/min, column temperature: 50℃, detection wavelength: 240nm. The standard curve was rectilinear within the range of 147～442μg/ml cefpodoxime proxetil. The precisions in a day ( RSD ) was 0 5%. The assay results agreed with those obtained by the pharmacopeia method.更多还原
