【摘要】 目的　观察甲磺酸左氧氟沙星对耐青霉素肺炎链球菌 (PRSP)的药敏及疗效。方法　对 6株临床分离的耐青霉素肺炎链球菌 ,采用E test方法 ,测定甲磺酸左氧氟沙星等 6种抗生素的抗菌活性。同时观察甲磺酸左氧氟沙星单药治疗PRSP临床疗效及不良反应。结果　 6株PRSP均为低耐药菌株 ,对甲磺酸左氧氟沙星敏感。 6例患者经治疗后 ,5例痊愈 ,1例显效 ,无明显副反应发生。结论　甲磺酸左氧氟沙星可有效治疗耐青霉素肺炎链球菌性肺炎。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the antibacterial activity and clinical efficacy of levofloxacin against pencillin-resistant Streptococcus pneumoniae (PRSP). Methods E-test was used to examine the antibacterial activity of levofloxacin and others 5 antibiotics. The side effect and clinical efficacy were estimated after the patients were treated by levofloxacin. Results All 6 patients infected with PRSP were treated successfully by levofloxacin, 6 PRSP strains were susceptible to levofloxacin. Conclusion Levofloxacin could treat the PRSP infection effectively.更多还原
