【摘要】 目的探讨社区精神分裂症患者的社会功能和精神症状的相关性。方法应用阳性与阴性症状量表 (PANSS)、Morn ingside康复状态量表 (MRSS)对 93例社区精神分裂症患者的精神症状和社会功能进行评定。 结果MRSS总分、依赖量表 (DEP)得分、活动能力缺乏量表 (INACT)得分、社交量表 (ISOL)得分与PANSS总分、阳性症状量表得分、阴性症状量表得分、一般精神病理量表得分呈正相关 ,相关系数具有非常显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论社区精神分裂症患者的社会功能受损程度与其精神症状密切相关 ,其精神症状越丰富 ,社会功能受损越严重更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo study the relationship between mental symptoms and the social functioning of outpatients with schizophrenia.Methods93 outpatients with schizophrenia received tests of Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS) and Morningside Rehabilitation Status Scale(MRSS).ResultsThe total score of MRSS,the score of Dependency Scale(DEP),Inactivity Scale(INACT) and Social Isolation Scale(ISOL) had positive correlation with scores of PANSS,Positive Subscale,Negative Subscale and General Psychopathology Subscale(P<0.01).ConclusionsThe social functioning of outpatients with schizophrenia has close correlation to their mental symptom,the more plentiful the mental symptom is,the more serious the social functioning damage is.更多还原
