多壁碳纳米管气敏性质的研究
Study on Gas Sensitive Characteristics of Multi-Wall Carbon Nanotube Films
【摘要】 本文对多壁碳纳米管薄膜在外界中的气敏性质进行了研究。实验结果表明,空气中,多壁碳纳米管薄膜对水分子的吸收是最主要的作用,并讨论了其气敏性质与薄膜比表面积及化学修饰之间的关系。
【Abstract】 The gas sensitive characteristics of the multi wall carbon nanotube films were studied. The experimental results show that in air, adsorption of water vapor dominates. Influence of the ratio surface area and chemical modification on its gas sensitive behavior was also discussed.
