“九五”基金重大项目“材料在我国自然环境中腐蚀数据积累及规律性研究”取得重要进展

【摘要】 持续积累材料在我国典型自然环境中腐蚀数据8.6万多个。开发了海水腐蚀形貌诊断系统;建立了腐蚀电化学现场原位检测新方法;发展了腐蚀数据处理方法,建立了腐蚀性的评价模型;完善了我国材料环境腐蚀数据总库;完成了西部地区腐蚀调查。材料环境腐蚀数据和研究成果在国家重大工程建设中得到应用。

【Abstract】 The long-term data accumulating of materials corrosivity in natural environments were applied in China, and more than 86 000 corrosivity data were collected. The technology of image identification had been used to implement a corrosion morphology diagnosis-system; also new test methods were set up to perform on-line and in-situ electrochemical inspections; data manipulation were developed to generate estimation models for corrosivity; corrosion database were enriched and extended; corrosion investigation in west area of China was completed. Both corrosion data and test results were adopted by major national projects.
