等离子体热解焦油制备导电炭黑
Preparation of Conductivity Carbon Black From Pyrogenation Tar in Plasma
【摘要】 用电弧产生的Ar、N2 或空气等离子体热解乙烯焦油制备炭黑 ,检测了所产生的炭黑的物化性能 .X射线衍射和高分辨率透射电镜分析了样品的微观结构 .与乙炔炭黑进行比较 ,这种方法产生的炭黑在微观结构、导电性能、盐酸吸液量、吸油值等方面具有类似乙炔炭黑的性质 .还初步分析了炭黑物化性能、结构之间的关系以及工艺条件对它们的影响 .等离子体制备导电炭黑的电能消耗为每升原料油 1~ 2kWh,在高功率下炭黑样品为纳米石墨粉 .
【Abstract】 Carbon black is prepared with ethylene tar in argon and nitrogen plasma. The physical and chemical properties of the carbon black are detected, and its microstructure is analysed by High Revolution Electromicroscopy (HREM) and X-ray Diffraction. The analysis results show the carbon black is similar to acetylene carbon black in microstructure, conductivity, hydrochloric absorption number, DBP, etc. The sample of the carbon black in plasma of higher power is nana-graphite powder. The relationship between microstructure of carbon black and its physical and chemical performance, and technological condition is discussed. 1~2kWh/Liter raw material is needed. There is a mass of hydrogen in flue gas.
