【Abstract】 The title compound was synthesized by the reaction of 4′demethylepipodophyllotoxin (5) with phenyliodonium bis(trifluoroacetate) or phenyliodonium diacetate in CHCl3 or CH2Cl2 at room temperature, or by treating the dimethyl ketal (6) with a trace of BF3·Et2O or pTsOH. The structural elucidation of the product is described and possible mechanisms for its formation are presented.更多还原
