氧化钪掺杂钨基扩散阴极的结构、表面与发射特性的研究

【摘要】 以钪盐的水溶液与氧化钨液-固掺杂法制备了氧化钪掺杂钨基扩散阴极,利用扫描电镜、能谱分析仪和原位俄歇电子谱仪等现代分析技术研究了烧结体的形貌、Sc的分布及阴极的表面特性。用自行研制的微机控制全自动电子发射测量装置检测了阴极发射性能。研究表明,与Sc2O3与W机械混合制备的混合基含Sc阴极相比,采用液-固掺杂法制备的阴极,Sc2O3分布均匀,阴极耐高温和抗离子轰击能力强,发射性能优异。

【Abstract】 A new Sc - type dispenser cathode with scandia doped tungsten matrix has been studied. The matrix is made of scandia doped tungsten powder obtained from scandia aqueous doping tungsten oxide. Microstructure and surface behavior of the matrix and the emission properties of the cathode with such a matrix have been investigated. Sc2O3 partly covered tungsten powders, which is considered to be beneficial for Sc - type cathode, were obtained by the doping method. The matrix shows homogeneous microstructure, uniform distribution of scandia and stable combination of Sc2O3 with W. The cathode with scandia doped tungsten matrix exhibits excellent emission characteristics and high resistance to ion bombardment compared with that of with mechanical mixing scandia and tungsten matrix.
