西坞互通立交桥支架施工方法
Brief Introduction of Bracket Construction in Xiwu Grade Separated Interchange
【摘要】 同三线宁波段高速公路西冠段一标的西坞互通立交区共有匝道桥三座 ,其上部结构均为连续内盖梁等高度多箱室预应力钢筋砼结构 ;三座桥的现浇连续箱梁的承重体系均采用满堂式重型门式脚手架进行支撑。因整个立交区处于软基地带 ,支架施工的成败对箱梁质量好坏影响甚大。为此 ,本文就西坞互通立交桥的支架施工作一简单介绍。
【Abstract】 There are three slip roads in Xiwu grade separated interchange of No 1 mark of xiguan in Ningbo freeway of Tongsan. The length of A slip road bridge is 430 meter, and the width of bridge deck is 15 meter. The length of D slip road bridge is 200 meter, and the width of bridge deck is 8 meter. The length of E slip road bridge is 140 meter, and the width of bridge deck is 8 meter. The superstructure of the three bridges with reinforced concrete structure is all continuous coping which has some hollows with the same height; the supporting load system of the three bridges is mantang form, i.e., supporting by heavy-duty falsework. Because of the soft ground, falsework construction is very important to quality of hollow girder. In this article, brief introduction is given in falsework construction of Xiwu grade separated interchange.
