保肺定喘汤对肺气肿大鼠病理的影响

【摘要】 目的 :观察保肺定喘汤对肺气肿大鼠病理形态的影响及与血浆内皮素 ( ET- 1 )的关系。方法 :采用 SO2 、木瓜蛋白酶定量刺激造模。分三个剂量组予保肺定喘汤治疗。结果 :保肺定喘汤各剂量组大鼠 TVL/体重下降 ,排除 /灌注体积比增大 ,单位面积肺泡数增加 ,平均肺泡面积减小 ,ET- 1升高不明显 ,与模型组比较差异显著 ,且各剂量组间呈量 -效依赖关系。镜下见保肺定喘汤各组大鼠肺脏病损明显减轻。结论 :保肺定喘汤能明显改善致模因素对大鼠肺脏造成的病理损害 ,对实验性肺气肿大鼠有较好的防治作用。其作用机制可能与 ET- 1的拮抗作用相关。

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of pathologic picture of Baofei Dingchuang Decoction(BDD) on rats with pulmonary emphysema and its relation with Eastern time I(ET 1). Methods:Take SO 2 and papain to make model by stimulation. The treatment consisted of groups with different dosages of BDD.Results: Among the rats of all kinds dosage groups, TVL/weight reduced, drainage/perfusion increased, the unit area pulmonary alveoli increased, average pulmonary alveoli area decreased, with no obvious rising of ET 1, which were significantly different from those in model group. Moreover, these dosage groups revealed the depending relationship of quantity efficacy. The pulmonary injury of the rats in BDD groups markedly relieved under the microscope. Conclusion:BDD can significantly reduce the rats’ pulmonary injury due to model making factors, and had better prevention and treatment effect on experimental rats with pulmonary emphysema, whose mechanism might be related to the resistance of ET 1.
