【摘要】 目的 :观察和探讨淋巴液干冻粉对混合痔术后创面愈合的影响。方法 :以健康活体小牛淋巴液经细胞培养低温处理后制成制剂 ,应用于痔术后的创面换药 (治疗组 ) ,并设对照组以马应龙麝香痔疮膏换药作比较 ,观察愈合情况。结果 :治疗组 80 0例平均创面愈合时间 1 9.5天 ,对照组 1 0 0例平均创面愈合时间 2 3.5天 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ;治疗组表皮生长情况 ,较对照组为优 ( P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :淋巴液干冻粉可促进痔术后创面愈合 ,无毒副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe and explore the effect of lymph frozen dry power (LFDP) on the wound healing up of mixed hemorrhoid after operation.Methods:The wound of hemorrhoid after operation in treatment group was therapied by LFDP made from healthy calf after cell culture and and lower temperature treatment, while that in control group was therapied by Mayinglong Hemorrhoid Paste(马应龙痔疮膏).Both of their healing effect on wound were observed and compared.Results: The wound healing up time between in treatment group (total 800cases,mean 19.5 days) and control group(total 100 cases,mean 23.5 days) was significantly different( P <0.01).The growth of epidermits in treatment group was obviously more rapid than that in control group on the 10th day after treatment( P <0.01). Conclusion:LFDP can promote the wound healing after hemorrhoid operation without any toxic and side effect.更多还原
