外源性凝血途径和内皮细胞损伤与急性心肌梗死之间的关系研究

【摘要】 目的 :探讨外源性凝血途径在冠心病心肌梗死发病中的作用。方法 :采用ELISA法测定急性心肌梗死病人及正常对照组血浆TF、FⅦa的含量及不同时期这些物质浓度的变化、同时通过测定内皮细胞损伤的分子标记物VWF、内皮素 1(ET 1)、总组织因子途径抑制物 (TFPI)、组织因子 (TF)探讨外源性凝血途径的活化与水平状况及内皮细胞损伤与心肌梗死之间的关系。结果 :心肌梗死病人TF、TFPI、ET l、VWF和FⅦα血中的浓度均较正常对照组高。结论 :外源性凝血途径与内皮细胞损伤和心肌梗死有密切相关。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of extrinsic route of blood coagulation on atherosclerosis and the relationship between extrinsic route with endothelial cell injury and acute myocardial infarction. Methods: The plasma parameters,including tissue factor(TF), Tissue Factor Pathway Inhibitor(TFPI),Endothelin 1(ET 1),Von Willebrand Factor(VWF),activated coagulating Factor Ⅶα(FⅦα) were measured With ELISA in patients with myocardial infraction( n =30), and healthy volunteers served as control at different stages. Results: Plasma TF ET l and VWF were significantly higher in patients than in the controls[TF234.70 vs l7.90 P <0.01;TFPI 171.00 vs 35.01, P <0.01;ET 1 1.64 vs 0.97, P <0.01;VWF 127.68 vs 16.55, P <0.01;FⅦα 11.47 vs 6.28, P <0.01,respectively].Conclusion:The extrinsic route of blood coagulation is related with endothelial cell injury and myocardial infarction.
