【摘要】 目的 了解牙医长期使用砷剂后 ,体内的砷蓄积情况。方法 采用汽化法—二乙氨基二硫代甲酸—银测砷法 ,分别检测牙医组 (42名 )与对照组 (40名 )的发砷含量 ,并与牙医砷剂使用年限作相关分析。结果 发砷含量牙医组[(0.426±0.125) μg/g]高于对照组[(0.258±00072)μg/g,(P<0.01)]。牙医组砷剂使用年限与发砷含量呈正相关 (r=0.612,P<0.01)。结论 长期使用砷剂的牙医体内砷蓄积量增多。牙医在临床操作中应注意砷摄入的防护。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the accumulation of arsenic in the hair of dentists.Methods Arsenic contents in hair samples from 42 dentists who had practiced from 15 to 35 years and 40 controls were detected using DDTC-Ag spectrophotometry.Results The hair arsenic contents of dentists were significantly higher than those in controls (P<0.01). Meanwhile arsenic contents of the dentists’ hair were closely correlated with years of practice (P<0.01).Conclusion The arsenic accumulation in dentists’ hair suggests the importance of avoiding the arsenic contamination in dentist practice.更多还原
