【摘要】 目的 评价经导管Amplatzer封堵器治疗继发孔型房间隔缺损(ASD)疗效。方法 21例患者在X线透视及经食管超声心动图(TEE)监视下经导管置入Amplatzer封堵器治疗ASD。 结果 术前经TEE检查示ASD直径6～32mm,平均 (20.5±7.1)mm。ASD球囊伸张直径9～34mm ,平均 (23.3±7.7)mm。Amplatzer封堵器直径10～38mm ,平均 (25.9±8.1)mm。21例均获得封堵成功 ,术中未发生任何并发症。结论 经导管Amplatzer封堵器治疗ASD是一种有效、安全的介入治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficiency of transcatheter closure of secundum atrial septal defect (ASD) with Amplatzer occluder device.Methods Twenty-one patients with ASD was treated using Amplatzer occluder device through the percutaneous procedure under fluoroscopy and transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) guidance.Results The mean diameter of ASD was 20.5 ± 7.1mm (ranged from 6 to 32mm)shown by TEE before the procedure,The mean balloon stretched diameter of the ASD was 23.3±7.7mm (ranging from 9 to 34 mm).The mean diameter of the Amplatzer occluder selected was 25.9±8.1mm (ranging from 10 to 38 mm).For two cases with double ASD,Two occluder device of 22 and 10 mm in diameter were used in one patient,a larger occluder device of 28 mm in diameter was used for closing two defects in the other patient with good result.All patients were treat successfully.The success rate of placement of the Amplatzer occluder was 100%.No complications occurred.All of 21 patients was no residual shunt found during 1～18 months follow-up.Conclusion Transcatheter closure of secundum ASD using Amplatzer septal occluder device was an efficient and safe nonsurgical method.更多还原
