【摘要】 目的 了解重组人类组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(rtPA)对家猪的凝血功能和免疫反应的影响。方法家猪3只 ,以rtPA15mg作静脉内注射 ,1周后重复注射rtPA9mg。采血检测凝血谱、免疫球蛋白和rtPA特异抗体。结果 第1次注药后1h部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)从21.38s延长至45.08s ;第2次注药后APTT从21.43s延长至26.75s;两次注药后2h,APTT均恢复至注药前水平。接受rtPA注射后 ,动物体内未发现相应的特异性抗体 ,血液中免疫球蛋白浓度也无增高。 结论 注射rtPA可延长家猪APTT,rtPA对家猪无抗原性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of recombinant human tissue plasminogen activator(rtPA) on coagulation function and immune response in pigs.Methods Fifteen mg and 9 mg rtPA were administered i.v.to 3 pigs at day 1 and day 7 respectively. The venous blood samples were taken to measure blood coagulation function, immunoglobulin(Ig) and specific antibody to rtPA.Results The activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) was lengthened from 21.38 sec. to 45.08 sec.one hour after the first injection of 15 mg rtPA, after the second injection of 9 mg rtPA APTT lengthened from 21.43 sec.to 26.75 sec.In both conditions, APTT returned to the baseline levels in two hours.The specific antibody to rtPA was not detected in any animals after repeated injection of rtPA, and the blood Ig did not increase significantly as well.Conclusion Injection of rtPA can lengthen APTT of pigs,but rtPA has no observed antigenicity to pigs.更多还原
