【摘要】 目的:探讨锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端复杂骨折的临床疗效。方法:自2001年12月～2002年11月,14例肱骨近端复杂骨折按AO分类:11A3型2例,11B1型1例,B2型5例,B3型4例,11C1型1例,C2型1例,经切开复位AO锁定钢板内固定治疗。结果:经6～15个月随访,无1例发生内固定松动、断裂,全部骨折均愈合。肩关节功能恢复优良率92.8％。结论:锁定钢板具有高度稳定性,是治疗肱骨近端复杂骨折,特别是粉碎骨折的理想方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the clinical effects of locking plate for treating the complex fractures of proximal humerus. Methods: From Dec. 2001 to Nov. 2002,14 cases of complex fractures of proximal humerus were treated with open reduction and internal fixation using locking plates and screws.Of the 14 cases,2 cases were classified as grade 11A3,1 case grade 11B1,5 cases grade 11B2,4 cases grade 11B3,1 case grade 11 Cl, 1 case grade 11C2 based on AO method. Results: The follow-up were6 to 15 months,all cases were bone union, there was no one case which occurred internal fixation loosing and breakdown, 13 of 14 patients (92.8%) had the excellent shoulder joint function. Conclusion:The locking plate can supply intrinsic stability,it is an excellent alternative for the treatment of complex fracture of proximal humerus, especially for the comminuted fracture.更多还原
