聚乳酸复合脱氧土霉素在骨缺损修复中的应用
Experimental Study of Bone Defect Repair with a 25% Deoxycycline-loaded PLA Membrane
【摘要】 目的 :探讨聚乳酸复合脱氧土霉素构成的可吸收性膜的诱导成骨能力及可行性。方法 :用聚乳酸材料制膜 ,实验膜中含有脱氧土霉素 ,空白膜不含药物成分。用SD大鼠桡骨 3mm长骨缺损作为骨折模型。随机分为实验膜组 ,空白膜组 ,空白对照组 3组。术后 1、 2、 4、 6、 8、 12周分别处死各组大鼠数只 ,分别行X线观察和组织学观察。结果 :实验膜组的各项检测指标均表明其成骨效能优于其他各组。结论 :实验膜组成骨效果优良的原因是由于PLA膜复合了脱氧土霉素 ,同时具有骨诱导和骨引导的两种成骨作用 ,而空白膜的骨引导作用虽然优于空白对照组 ,但比实验膜组效果差。
【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the regenerative effect of a 25% deoxycycline-loaded PLA membrane in SD rats.Methods:The experimental membrane was made by mixing PLA materials with deoxycycline.The control PLA membrane didn’t contain drug contents.A defect of 3mm in length was produced at The radius of rats as fracture model.The rats were divided into three groups including PLA-deoxycycline membrane,PLA membrane,blank group.The osteogenesis of the bone in defect area was observed by regular roentgenography,the histological changes of the bone defect tissue in the 1 st ,2 nd ,4th,6th,8th week after operation were studied.Results: The results revealed that the bone defect in the experimental group had excellent repair than that seen in the control and blank groups.Conclusion: The deoxycycline-loaded PLA membrane has the role of osteoinduction as well guided bone regeneration.
