【摘要】 目的 :分析探讨陈旧性孟氏骨折手术治疗。方法 :报告 2 4例陈旧性孟氏骨折手术方法及疗效。结果 :2 4例术后随访平均 2 .5年 ,优良率 92 %。结论 :合理设计和规范手术方法是完善手术的基本条件 ,如何矫正尺骨短缩成角畸形是手术关键。术中被动活动肘关节和旋转前臂是否达到正常是判断手术到位的标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze and discuss the operative treatment of old Monteggia fracture.Methods:Reported about the operative methods and effect of 24 cases with old Monteggia fracture.Results:Twenty-four cases were followed-up for 1～5 years(averaged 2.5 years).The rate of excellent and good was 92%.Conclusion:Basic condition to consummate the operation is the reasonable design and the normal operative methods.The key is how to correct the shortened and angled deformation of ulna.Moving passively elbow joint and rotating forearm to be normal in operation is the standard judging successful operation.更多还原
