【摘要】 目的 :探讨有限扩髓交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨粉碎性骨折的治疗效果。方法 :对 3 8例胫骨闭合性粉碎性骨折病人行有限扩髓交锁髓内钉治疗 ,全部应用静力性固定。结果 :平均随访时间 12个月 ( 6～ 2 2个月 ) ,采用Johner Wruh评分标准 ,治疗结果 :优 3 0例 ,良 6例 ,一般 2例 ,骨折平均愈合时间 16周 ( 12～ 3 6周 ) ,3例延迟愈合 ,无深部感染、骨髓炎、畸形愈合及骨不连。结论 :有限扩髓交锁髓内钉是治疗胫骨粉碎性骨折较理想的方法 ,可促进骨折愈合 ,并发症较少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of limited reamed interlocking intramedullary nail for comminuted tibial fractures.Methods: Thirty-eight consecutive patients with closed comminuted tibial fracture were treated with limited reamed interlocking intramedullary nail.All fractures were fixed statically.Follow up for a mean duration of 12 months(6～22 months) and evaluated with Johner&Wruhs’ criteria.Results: The outcome was excellent in 30 cases,good in 6 cases and fair in 2 cases.The time for fracture union averaged 16 weeks(12～36 weeks).Delayed union occurred in 3 patients.No deep infection,osteomyelitis,malunion,nonunion and nail failure were observed.Conclusion: Limited reamed interlocking intramedullary nail is an ideal internal fixation method for treatment of comminuted tibial fracture,which can improve the union of fracture with less complications.更多还原
