【摘要】 目的 :对肘外侧小切口切断伸肌总腱治疗顽固性网球肘的疗效进行评价。方法 :对 5 4例经过手术治疗的顽固性网球肘患者进行回顾性分析 ,随访 6～ 48个月。结果 :手术后患者疼痛消失 ,握力增加 ,优良率达 96 .6 %。结论 :肘外侧小切口切断伸肌总腱是治疗顽固性网球肘的有效方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the results that recalcitrant tennis elbow were treated by release of the common extensor origin through small lateral incisions of the elbow. Method: Fifty-four patients operated were reviewed. The minimum follow-up period were 6 months (averaged 29 months). Results: 96.6% patients had excellent or good results, with elbow pain released and grip strength increased. Conclusion: Release of the common extensor origin through small lateral incisions of the elbow is one of simple and effective approaches in treatment of the recalcitrant tennis elbow.更多还原
