【摘要】 目的 :探讨先天性上尺桡关节连接的手术适应证和手术方式。方法 :1987年 9月～ 2 0 0 0年 3月共收治先天性上尺桡关节连接的患者 18例 ,手术方式有尺桡骨上段截骨、肌腱转位术 ;尺、桡骨旋转截骨术 ;尺桡骨联合部旋转截骨术。结果 :经过平均 7年 2个月的随访 ,行尺桡骨上段截骨、肌腱转位术希望恢复前臂主动旋转功能的 4例均失败 ,行旋转截骨术的病人中除 1例因去旋转不够效果不佳外 ,其他患者疗效满意。结论 :旋转截骨术是治疗先天性上尺桡关节连接的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the procedure and indication in the surgical treatment of congenital proximal radio-ulnar joint synostosis. Methods: Eighteen cases of congenital proximal radio-ulnar joint synostosis treated surgically from 1987 to 2000 were studied retrospectively. Results: Procedure designed to provide initiative motion between the radius and ulna in congenital proximal radio-ulnar joint synostosis had presented problems in 4 cases. All patients but one had satisfactory improvement in function after derotation osteotomy. Conclusion: Derotation osteotomy is an effective procedure in the treatment of congenital proximal radio-ulnar joint synostosis.更多还原
