【摘要】 目的 :研究关节镜下治疗髌前滑囊炎的方法。方法 :13例髌前滑囊炎患者 ,男 8例 ,女 5例。囊肿最大 8cm× 10cm ,最小 5cm× 6cm ,全部病例均于关节镜下手术切除囊肿 ,并彻底冲洗 ,局部加压包扎 ,术后伸膝位石膏固定。结果 :术后随访时间 3～ 2 1个月。全部病人无 1例复发及感染。所有病人膝前皮肤均表现有不同程度的凹陷形成 ,仅有 2例病人残留有膝前Ⅱ°疼痛 ,1例病人皮肤有麻木感。结论 :关节镜下手术治疗髌前滑囊炎 ,疗效满意 ,方法简单 ,并发症少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the treatment of prepatellar bursitis with debridement under arthroscopy. Method: Thirteen cases (male 8, female 5) with prepatellar bursitis who had different traumatic history. The biggest cyst was, an 8×10cm and the small one 5×6cm. The cyst wall and its contents were debrided and performed with a douch under arthroscopy. Then, the wounds were dressed up with compression bandage. The involved knees were kepy at extension position for two weeks. Results: The patients received a follow-up of 3 to 21 months. The results showed that most of them had satisfactory recovery without recurrence and wound infection. Two cases remained Ⅱ° pain at anterior part of the knee and one complained of skin numbness. Conclusion: The treatment of prepatellar bursitis with debridement under arthroscopy has satisfactory theraputic effect, which is simple and less complication.更多还原
