【摘要】 目的 :探讨长管状骨粉碎性骨折的治疗方法和疗效。方法 :对 42例长管状骨粉碎性骨折应用组合式外固定器结合有限内固定方法治疗。结果 :随访 6个月～ 3年 ,平均 8个月 ,骨折全部骨性愈合 ,骨愈合时间平均 3 .7个月。针道感染 3例 ( 7.1% )。结论 :组合式外固定器复合有限内固定 ,创伤小复位满意 ,固定可靠 ,是治疗长管状骨粉碎性骨折理想的方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the method and effect of the treatment of comminuted fracture of long bones.Methods:Forty-two cases were treated with external fixture combined with open reduction using minimal incision and screw or Kirschner’s pins fixation.Results:The followed-up period were from 6 months to 3 years (averaged 8 months)after operation.Fracture union occurred in 3.7 months.Three cases had screw route infection (7.1%).Conclusion:The combined external and limited internal fixation method for the treatment of comminuted fracture of long bones is reliable and satisfactory.更多还原
