【摘要】 目的 :提高交锁髓内钉治疗陈旧性股骨干骨折的效果。方法 :对 13例陈旧性股骨干骨折采用交锁髓内钉扩髓静力型固定。结果 :经 6个月～ 2年 4个月随访 ,骨折全部愈合 ,关节功能显著改善。结论 :交锁髓内钉是治疗陈旧性股骨干骨折的理想方法 ,对内固定失败选用交锁髓内钉治疗是有效的补救措施 ,术后可早期功能锻炼 ,对膝关节功能恢复优于AO钢板固定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To improve the effect of treatment of old femoral shaft fractures with a statically locked intramedullary nail.Method:Thirteen cases old femoral shaft fractures were treated with a statically locked intramedullary nail.Results:For 6 months to 2 years and 4 months follow-up,all of the cases were cured,the function of the lower limb and joints were excellent.Conclusion:Interlocking intramedullary nail is suitable for the treatment of old femoral shaft fractures.It can improve the fracture healing effectively and allows early exercise,and has better recovery of the function of knee joint than AO plates.更多还原
