【摘要】 自1999年高等教育扩招以来,教学质量有所下降,究其原因有四:一是生均教育资源降低,二是师资力量不足,三是生源质量下降,四是高等教育质量观滞后。保证、提高高等教育教学质量,必须树立正确的质量观;加大投入,优化结构,提高教育资源的利用效率;积极进行教学研究,探索教学改革的新路子;加快师资队伍建设,努力造就一支规模适宜的高水平的师资队伍。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the enrollment expansion started in 1999, the quality of higher education has declined. The causes lie in the decrease of educational resources per capita, the shortage of teachers, the poor academic quality of enrolled students and the out dated conception of the quality of higher education. In order to improve the educational quality, it is a must to form a modern conception of quality, increase educational investment and optimize the educational structure to make efficient use of educational resources, conduct researches on teaching to reform methods of instruction, and strengthen the ranks of teachers to build up an excellent faculty with a moderate membership.更多还原
