【Abstract】 It is vital to produce innovative talents, creative people with an innovative spirit, to meet the needs of social development. The training of such talents can only be conducted by means of educational innovation and with the guidance of a high quality and creative faculty. And it demands a change in the traditional conception of education, which focuses on impartation of knowledge instead of cultivation of an innovative spirit and improvement of creativity.
