【摘要】根据Costa(1998)在固定时间抽样的可变样本容量和抽样区间(VSSIFT)控制图[1]模型,研究了x图的制定方法,并设计R图和联合x-R图。规定样本在相等间隔的固定时间点抽取,当过程有变化迹象时,允许在两个固定时间之间抽取更大容量的附加样本。计算了这些控制图的发信号前的平均时间,并同常规控制图作比较。所设计的x-R图能缩短过程失控时间从而减少不合格产品数。更多还原

【Abstract】 Proposes mean and range control charts with variable sample size and sampling interval time to signal for x and R charts and combined x and R charts.Meanwhile, these charts are compared with the Fixed sample Size and Sampling Interval (FSSI) x and R charts.
