氯代硝基苯类生产废水厌氧-好氧序列生物处理研究 Ⅱ.铁碳还原 -A/ O组合工艺性能
A study on chloronitrobenzene manufacture wastewater treatment with sequential a naerobic-aerobic process: Performances of Fe/C reduction integrated with A/O pr ocess
【摘要】 研究了铁碳还原-A/O组合工艺处理氯代硝基苯生产废水的性能和机理。结果表明:在混合废水COD1241~1608mg/L,NB52~69.2mg/L,AN161.1~260.2mg/L的水质条件下,铁碳还原处理1h,A/OHRT10~12h/36~48h,投加0.5‰~2‰Fe3+盐进行混凝后处理,出水主要污染物指标可确保达到GB8978-96的二级排放标准;通过GC-MS分析揭示组合工艺对硝基氯苯、氯苯胺、苯胺等典型有毒有害有机污染物具有较好的转化与降解作用,并推测了各自的降解机理。
【Abstract】 The performances and mechanism of Fe/C reduction-A/O process for the t reatment of chloronitrobenzenes manufacture wastewater were studied in this pape r The results showed that main pollutants in effluent from integrated process were up to the second standard of GB8978-96 at influent COD 1241-1608 mg/L,ni tro benzene 52 0-69 2 mg/L,aniline 161 1-260 2 mg/L, when HRT was set up t o be 1 h in Fe/C reduction unit , 10-12 h / 36-48 h in the anoxic / anaerobic biol ogical reactors, respectively, and addition of 0 5-2‰ FeCl 3 as the post-tr eatm ent agent The GC-MS analytical results indicated the typical toxic organic po ll utants, such as chloronitrobenzene, chloroaniline, and aniline were transformed and decomposed in this integrated process, mechanism of organics transformation and degradation by Fe/C or microorganism was also suggested
