栝楼性别分化特异大分子标记物研究
Studies on the specific macromolecular markers of sex differentiation in Thrichosanthes kirilowii Maxim
【摘要】 对栝楼雌、雄株不同器官进行过氧化物酶同工酶活性和电泳分析。结果表明,雌株的过氧化物酶同工酶活性高于雄株,且雌株叶片中有一条特异性的过氧化物酶同工酶谱带;对雌、雄株不同发育时期的花器官进行可溶性蛋白的SDS PAGE分析表明,雄株幼花芽中存在一种23.4kD的特异蛋白质,雄花中一种32.3kD的蛋白质在受精后消失。
【Abstract】 The peroxidase isoenzyme activity and eletrophoresis analysis of various organs of male and female Thrichosanthes kirilowii Maxim plants were studied. The results indicated that the peroxidase isoenzyme activity in female plants was higher than that in male plants,and there was a specific peroxidase isoenzyme band in the leaf of female plants. SDSPAGE analysis of soluble proteins in male and female flowers at various developmental stages shown that there was a specific 23.4 kD protein in male flower bud, and a 32.3 kD protein in male flower disappeared after fertilization.
